Like DarthCitra said Knee Deep makes some of the best IPAs out there. My personal favorite
would be any of Alpine's releases. Duet, Pure Hoppiness, Hoppy Birthday, Exponential Hoppiness,

My best saison uses sorachi ace and citra exclusively if that's any encouragement. Just don't

For a while I was doing Its Always Sunny references like Troll Toll Tripel and Day Man IPA
