  • It all started out a lil over a year ago, When my friend Matt stopped by my place and gave me a homebrew. I put it in my fridge, and there it sat for over a week. The reason being every other person who had ever given me a beer"I brewed myself" were Horrible! Anyway after work one day I came home exhausted and wanted a beer. So I grabbed that homebrew poured it into a glass and hopped it would be drinkable cause I didn't want to have to go to the store to buy a Single. As soon as the first drop hit my mouth I was amazed It tasted good! I immediately called my friend and was like "you really made this"? His reply was yeah and its easy. From that day on I knew I had found my new hobby. Bought my first double stage kit from my local brew shop and haven't stopped brewing eversince. I just entered into my first competition, The Bluebonnet Brewoff 2012. Wish me luck!
