    You could always skip the stabalization process that halts fermentation, back sweeten with an
    unfermentable sugar, like lactose or something, and use dextrose when you bottle to produce
    carbonation.

    Hmm, the issue I guess was in converting liters to oz. Being in Canada, the bottles were marked
    with liters. The ones I used were about .9 liters iirc. Anyone know roughly how many oz to the
