Will do. I made a Chocolate Stout last year for Festivus and it had a great chocolate
flavor...and I only used 6 oz in that batch. It already smells great in the primary...can't
    wait.

SewerRanger's recipe inspired me to try something like this yesterday, but I changed quite a
few things. Should be done & kegged by Festivus. I'll let everyone know how my version turned
    out.

The blueberries weren't too bad cost wise, maybe 10-12 bucks, but I just feel like the past
year was such a waste as I am one that likes to let my cider go for at least a year or two.

    bottling. Musty, mu...

I don't know what my efficiency turned out to be, but I wound up w/ a OG of 1.063. I liked the

Just a quick question about different brands of DME....specifecly, M&F and Briess. My LHBS
tells me there is a difference between the two. They say M&F has more fermentable sugars than
    Briess. Is this...

I made my pseudo AB clone a few weeks ago, all Chinook (6 oz!), and it tasted wonderful racking
into the secondary. I basically took someone's AB clone recipe found here and hopped it up w/
    more Chino...

With the hop shortage and all, I'm trying not to deplete my reserves of the more "popular" hops
in my freezer (ie. Cascade, Centennial, Amarillo, Chinook, etc.), but I would like to make a
    good IPA. T...
