I just made the same recipe, actually. It takes a couple days to clear if you've moved it
around too much. A week, maybe, if you moved it a lot.

The carbonation gave it just enough bite to counter the sweetness - quite nice. I get a lot of

Did you use a yeast starter for the fermentis, or just hydrate the yeast and throw it in?
