    I have never brewed a kolsh, but a stout I brewed took 12 days to carb right. Other brews
    haven't taking at least a week to be well carbed

    +1 on blowoff tubeTripels have extremely active yeast in my experience and if it has no where
    to go, u won't have to worry about taking any out because it will be done for you
