  • Hooked up with the former proprietors of Emerald Isle BrewWorks, who specialized in cask-conditioned ales. Homebrew set-up features a 15 gal. system with 2- 1 barrel stainless conical fermenters, lab and walk-in cooler. We affectionately refer to our brewshack as "The Library"rnCurrently brewing in my buddies basement which we call "Biscay BrewWorks". 10 gallon system using carboys in climate controlled box for fermentation.

    If the hops aren't funky and your brew has made it through primary ferm, there really isn't
    much reason to have an issue with dry hopping. I might look elsewhere in the process....
