  • I'm in the Army stationed at Ft Lewis living in lakewood Washington. Pretty new to brewing I have a few batches of mead, and cider. Brewing beer as well. All this is new to me. I am also a big time harley davidson.

  • I have a batch of mead that was 15lbs of wildflower honey and White labs mead yeast used
    I have a batch of carmel apple mead going that I pull off the forum here.
    1 gallon batch of hard cider I pulled off the net.
    My first 5 gallons of Hef going I brewed tonight.

    Just brewed up a batch of this my wife keep telling me it smelled great. I have to let everyone
    know how it's doing and the end product when I get it.

    I think using a coffee or tea filter would work fine. That is what I would do at time to drink
    it. I wouldn't be able to throw away my hard work either. Drink it and enjoy let us know how it
    turns out...
