I just had this while racking a Belgian Quad from the secondary to the keg. I've been brewing
for a good while now, and have never had the beer I pulled for my hydrometer have two inches of
foam on it...

I'm curious if anyone has tried adding a basic fly-sparge to the end of their mash? I have the
5g gas version, so I don't have to worry about keeping the coil submerged. As long as the BK

Cool - I think I'm going to give this a shot on my next brew-day. I've also been kicking around
the idea of using 1G less during the Mash, and at the end pumping 1G of fresh water at fly
sparge temps ...

Today I learned that the only thing that sucks worse than a stuck sparge is a stuck
recirculating mash....carry on.Actually - EDIT: My mash had a bit of foam on top, kinda looked
like a beautiful beer...
