So just an update... Another week another no change to the krausen...still waiting... How long

Perfectly normal. S-04 is a whitbread strain variant and clumps together like crazy (always
looks like cottage cheese to me). It will drop eventually.Thanks!

If you ferment 5 gallons in a 5 gallon carboy, you're gonna have a bad time.Get a 6.5 gallon
