  • My father and I just recently started brewing. It all came about when I asked my Dad why he never drank beer and he simply said " I was stationed in Germany and I had real beer. It has ruined everything for me that is in the US." This is when I got a spark in my eye and decided we would brew our own real beer and it has been joy ever since. My father-in-law also brews homemade wine, we have all the bases covered now. : )

Right now we have a basic set-up, no mashing yet, and a two keg system. Cheers!

partially come off. I have to use my steel wool scrubber to get the paper and glue completely
    off. Abita bo...

is incredibly clean finishing beer...perfect for spring.

This thread is amazing...just did it for the first time with no problems. Had a coffee stout to
clear out of the keg to clear up space for my Honey Steam. Thanks guys so much for the
    brilliant idea!!
