  • I am new to homebrewing. I have had an interest in it for many years. I started getting serious about getting some equipment last summer.I came across a good deal on some equipment on craigslist in Dec.. I brewed a Coopers Real Ale but used 3lbs lme in place of sugar. It turned out pretty good but don't have any others to compare it to. But you can catch a buzz off it. So it serves the purpose. I am anxious to try more. I have 5 gal of Edworts Apfelwien going for a couple weeks now.
