Unfortunately The Eldo is only one in town and it leaves a lot to be desired. Pretty big local
hang out, but you'll notice that the locals don't drink their beer, they drink bottled beer

Just bottled this weekend. Time is your best friend on this recipe. I tasted out of the
secondary about 2 weeks after racking onto the 1tsp spices and thought it tasted like crap.
Just poorly balanced...

I just had a mistake with Austin Homebrew, I opened my package to find 50 lbs of dark instead
of light DME. They are willing to return it but it'd be $50 to ship it back (out of my
