    Took Homebrew Course from local college this past april, 2008. Part of my mid life crisis. Dove in headfirst, 1st batch extract with steeped grains bottled, and subsequently infected. 2nd batch extract with steeped grains and kegged, excellent. Third batch full grain from scratch. Love it.
