I keg my beer, then just fill a half gallon growler, or several 22oz ( works good when I fly
and want to take beer), or 12 oz. for beer comps. no beer gun, just reduce the pressure a
little and pour. ...

That's what I figured as well, but have read some post's that equate it to crystal, imparting a
carmal flavor as well as more color and head retention. Have crystal 60 in the recipe as well.

After tasing dark/black Ipa's in the pacific NW, I would say your assesment of the dark Ipa is
not completely accurate for this area of the country.Terminal Gravity Brewing out of
