The guage of wire needed is going to depend on the size breaker you are using. The wire gauge
needs to be rated for the maximum amps your breaker can pull, even if your setup won't use all

The triclamp will seal just fine. I have a 2" triclamp to 1/2" MPT fitting on the bottom of
mine (then a 90 elbow and out the side) and it doesn't leak at all.

2. You have the potential to have both heating elements on at the same time. This can result in
