Popped the first bottle...Very happy with the way this turned out...Gonna drink 2-5 to evaluate
the Alc%, very scientific method ;) I would make this again next time ill take measurements.

I did an all grain on sat 12/29, my first one minus the one where the carboy broke... so

it was about 3.5gals hot wort + 1gal cold then into bath.... guess it wasnt cool enough
