  • I'm a classically trained Pastry Chef, with a passion for science and chemistry! That's what led me to start brewing. This venture has been ongoing for 4 years now, and for those who know me on here, know I took a break for about 6 months. **Life got in the way** rnI'm back now, and we've upgraded some equipment. New carboys, new kegs, and working on a new burner system.

  • Life made me set down my hobbies for a while, but I'm back now! We have upgraded to 6 fermentors, 6 secondaries, 3 kegs, a standing kegerator, and endless tools and equipment. I'm working on recipes and getting ready to renew my HBT membership. Looking forward to chatting with everyone!

    Just sneaking in....drinking my husbands first brew. It's a SUPER mild, corn based beer. I

    Pasturizing isn't too bad.But yes you can get a drinkable cider in that time frame. Hell, more

    Personally I only do large batches when I intend on kegging 5 for myself and bottling for
    gifts. That's usually around this time of year. Otherwise I stick to 5 gallon batches. I also
