  • I'm a classically trained Pastry Chef, with a passion for science and chemistry! That's what led me to start brewing. This venture has been ongoing for 4 years now, and for those who know me on here, know I took a break for about 6 months. **Life got in the way**
I'm back now, and we've upgraded some equipment. New carboys, new kegs, and working on a new burner system.
