    ABOUT ME

  • Supply Technician
  • Paul Joyce
  • Got a starter kit from More Beer as a Christmas gift 3 years ago. Did a couple extracts and then moved to AG with a converted cooler. I built up some equipment and now I'm just starting with mashing with a RIMS tube and control panel.
  • My next move will be building a stand and conical fermenters. Maybe an oak barrel or 2
  • Just emptied them. Soon I will have a German Pils (based on Rothaus Pils from Baden-Wurtenberg) and a Maibock.
  • Berliner Weisse and a Kriek (4 months into aging)
  • Domaine DuPage clone, The Bitter End APA clone, Black IPA and Scottish 80
  • Male
  • Married
  • Mainz
  • Germany
