PJM are those the side inlet or center inlet pumps? Center inlet seems odd pointed down.Oh,

My experience has been that it works best to orient the pump head so that the inlet to the pump
is pointing down towards the floor. Not sure if that helps in your setup or not.

I add my brewing salts to the mash tun rather than to the strike water in the HLT. Just mix it
in as you add the strike water to the mash tun.

If it is RO water I think it is safe to assume that it has zero minerals in it. At least that
is what i do. So you can use water calculators like bru'n water, EZ water and the like.

I have mine inside as well. It does take up a lot of room. It also leaves rust rings on the
bottom of the keezer (steel tank).

I don't chill mine at all. Just stir the wort, take a sample and then plug the number and
temperature into a program that corrects for temperature.
