Agree with most opinions in this thread. Go with White Labs Kolsch and bump down the wheat to
about 10%. I think your IBU's are good but bump up your boil hop addition to equal that amount.

I have used ECY Kolsch once. I fermented at about 66 and it turned out well. IMO, the yeast let
more of the pils malt come through then the WL 029 that I have used in the past. I am curious
to see how...

Has anyone replaced the fine sieve screens on their 50l BM? The edges of my screens are getting
very frayed and I would like to change them out before they get too bad. Thanks!
