- I currently have a fairly minimal setup. I have a 20L stockpot for boiling, a 20L bucket, a 15L fermenter, 4 x 5L demijohns, a hose, hydrometer, 4 airlocks, a plastic mash paddle, and a large grain bag for whole mashes. I don't do false bottoms.

Interesting. If you wanted to get a good feel for the lambic-ness of it, I'd actually do a
lambic wort (minus aged hops) with unmalted wheat instead of malted, as that's what the
