    I didn't measure specific amounts. Just kept adding honey until I reached my desired OG's. No

    I use a cold water bath with the water changed out every 4 minutes or so. Then, ice and water
    near the end. It usually takes about half an hour to reach pitching temps, give or take a few
    minutes.
