That's for sure. The pale ale I mashed for only 10 minutes at 154 had an OG of 1.052 and so far

Regarding the deadspace, simply combine the deadspace of both tuns. Personally, I tip my mash
tun when lautering which virtually eliminates the dead space. I have no idea where BS mentions

Extra light extract is pilsner based. You probably want a pale malt based extract.

Looks like some customization on some of those ports (perhaps to transfer beer into the keg
without exposure to air). What size is this keg? If it is 5 gallons, $75 is no bargain.
