It seems like fermentation is continuing inside the bottle at a level greater than you
anticipated when added priming sugar. Sounds like you may bottled before all the fermentable
sugars were consumed...

Yeah, at my fire extinguisher place they filled the 4# tank I mentioned earlier. I also
purchased a 20# reconditioned, hydro tested, and filled CO2 tank from them for $120.

Check with a fire extinguisher company in your area, if you have one. That's where I get my CO2
fillled here in Gainesville, FL. Maybe Gainesville, GA has a similar place.

I don't know the answer to your question, but I'll add that I've seen people cut out part of
the insulation and stuff from the front door so that the door closes.
