Not dead....but the level of growth we have seen the last few years is not sustainable. I have
done a ton of research and the breweries make money by selling their beer in the tasting room.

All these deals are really about distribution and the power that brings. The local bar/
restaurant will always carry "craft beer". Certainly a good possibility that the offerings will
be Ballast Point...

Beer is moving upscale. Prices will continue to increase like this for a long time. Even
mediocre wine is $10 a bottle with regular prices in the $15-$30 range for nothing special.

I don't use grain or hops- the grain is too scratchy and the hops turn brown.But I do use beer
in many of my soaps. And I've steep hops in the water before using, although the hoppy aroma
