I wouldn't worry about it taking 30 minutes to get into your fermenter at proper pitching
temps. Commerical breweries take longer than that.

I hate to be "that guy" but why not just batch sparge...it's faster and easier. The real kicker

One piece of advice is to start entering your beers into competitions. It will let you know if
your beers are really that good. If they are and you start winning then that could be great PR.
