Home Brewing Biography: Started early in life (was 17 yo) and brewed through college. Did a summer internship at the Heineken Brewery in Zouterwoude, the Netherlands. However, life decided that I move into another field, which had me moving around the world for 10 years. Now, 18 years later, I'm starting up again, with big plans for an all-grain setup.
