  • Bought my Dad a brewing kit for retirement. We brewed up Falconers Flight Extra IPA and it turned out incredible!! I think success was achieved due to having an experienced brewer/friend present during the process. Biggest take away from first batch? When in doubt - sanitize.. So I bought my self the same kit and off I went..
  • Just bottled a Belgian tripel that struggled to finish.. Learned a lot.. Looking to brew up a spring Saison or hefeweizen..

Big thanks for all the great feedback!! I decided to re-hydrate a sachet of dry yeast re-pitch

Hey all, second batch, I bottled 24-22oz + 3-12oz bottles of an IPA about 2 weeks ago, popped
open one of the 12oz to see where I was at. Flavor was off the charts, awesome, however pretty
