    Has anybody ever tried boiling maple sap down to an OG of about 1.050 and fermenting it? I am

    I have been using this mill which I believe is the same mill since last year. I have to say
    that I have had virtually no problems with it, and the rollers are easy to adjust. Hand

    I keep the area under my burner wet, any heat that makes it to ground level evaporates water,
    doesn't burn wood. Just make sure the water doesn't spread far enough to become a slipping
    hazard.
