    Do you expect it to retain sweetness? Most fruit juices end up a lot dryer than expected
    because the yeast eat the sugar and the remaining flavors aren't as bright.It's not as fancy,
    but does blending...

    to be a bit more clear, its a non carbonated soft drink type beverage, not really a fruit

    You can make the wheat beer and then as you keg it you can dump the concentrate into the keg
    first and then rack the beer on to it. And just keep the keg cold so that the yeasts don't wake
    up and eat ...
