Yeah I just checked their website. The only place I see it is in their 4 Way IPA set, which

That brought me up to nearly 7 gallons. After that I made sure to boil hard with lid off trying
to boil off as much as possible in 60 minutes.I don't know if you have boiled with the lid on

The issue with high alcohol doesn't really play a role in the beer you are producing because at
an OG of ~ 1.042, the amount of alcohol you produce isn't high enough to disturb most brewers
