The gratzer was per Stefin's suggestion from the previous group buy. I followed the Northern
Brewer's recipe. Used 100% weyermann oak smoked wheat.

Mash everything together. I doubt you'll have any trouble. I used to separate but came to the
conclusion that there is not much difference, if any. Save yourself the extra work.

I had 5# of CA. I can drop them if I have to. Coming to Rockville for that much is too much of

Just made a 2 qt batch. Peeled the ginger and tossed it in the blender with some of the sugar
water. Didn't boil the ginger. Didn't strain it. It came out delicious and very authenthic.

What questions do you have? It didn't stick, and I never use rice huls. It's smoker than I
expected. Was still kinda flat when I left for hillbilly land. The new style guides say it
should be clear......
