  • Use a cooler MLT for all-grain brews, boiled over a Bayou Classic, chilled with an IC, fermented in buckets, kegged until carbed and cleared and then bottled or left in keg.

    I usually try a different recipe every brew, trying to gauge my brews by the season or when it will be ready. I concentrate on ales, but have done some lagers. I also usually have a cider going.
