  • Always enjoyed drinking beer with friend and was always curious as to how it was made. Went to a local brew shop and bought the standard cookie cutter malt extract kit. Brewed a few good batches but got bored. I'm currently building up my all grain equipment, just need to make a mash tun and brew sculpture.

    So if I back off the heavy dry hop the brown sugar will come through better? I still want it to
