    I like wheat beers so I would be tempted to do that. I also don't know why no one does a
    pumpkin pils. I think you would get maximum pumpkin taste in the beer.

    Miller distributors are not as bad as AB/Inbev. Small breweries can self distribute in most
    states. So if it sells it will get to market.

    I sanitize in my dishwasher before bottling so that is fine. I would be concerned that the Star
    San foam may fill up your kitchen. Try it and post pictures. HAHA.

    I am fermenting with WLP300 and racked onto an existing yeast cake. I had some concerns but no
    blow off. This is 2 brews in a row with that yeast and have had very controlled fermentation.
    Who knows.
