it is 3/16" accuflex bev line.seems like the tap 'coughs' a bit...even after pouring an initial

Kegged a Cider and am holding it a 25 or so psi. I have it running through 40' of AccuBev line
and am getting some serious foam. top of the keg to the top of the tap handle is about 2' tops.
