About Me: I've been brewing since 2009. I have a single tier all grain system. Currently batch sparging, but I hope to move to a direct fired MLT and possibly a RIMS system in the not too distant future.

Home Brewing Biography: I started to get into brewing after having a beer kit a friend bought me taking up too much room and decided to finally use it. Well, fast forward a year, and after 3 extract batches I jumped to all grain. 7 batches, it was kegging. And then a single tier brew stand. rnrnI'm a huge fan of pretty much all styles, although I most often will brew ales. I do have a cadre of sours aging in my basement, and brew lagers when weather permits.
Future Brews: Anything, everything, and even a few things that I've no business making. :)
Primary: Blonde stout
Secondary: Kriek, Oud Bruen, Blackberry Sour Hef, RIS, and a cider experiment. :D
Bottled: too many to think about.
Kegged: Munich Dunkle & an IPA I brewed for my girlfriend.
