slow your roll dude, i do stream beers all the timeand you need to give it at least 12 days in
primary 14 is even better...steam beer really gets better with 4 to 6 weeks of cold

Thanks for all the great feedback! My main reason for adding a bit of the crab apples was not
for taste, but to increase the acidity and add a bit of tannin. But will a high malic acid
