This may sound dumb, but why not do five 1 gallon batches with varying hop ratios instead of
one 5 gallon batch? That way you could reduce overall quantity of hops and directly compare

Yes I found that stupid as well. Besides, when you pour it in a glass aren't all those little
bubbles popping on the top just CO2 as well? It's the exact same thing - but negligible either

His bit about drinking from the can doesn't oxidize it as fast as pouring in a glass is about
85% BS. Hops don't oxidize that fast, and atmospheric air replaces the co2 in the can almost
