Had it while in Louisville last week. Speaking of which, there are some incredible beer bars
downtown. But this one was OK, not great.

This thing is still bubbling pretty frequently through the blowoff tube after a week of
fermenting. Tons of pumpkin sitting at the top and bottom. I'm going to try to wait until the
