    ABOUT ME

  • Well my father-in-law got me started this past summer. We had brewed a year before or so but it turned bad on me b/c of a bad seal on the keg so i dont count that. This past summer we brewed what he calls a keller. It is in the keg and in fridge now and also in my mug as we speak. I just brewed yesterday "HOLIDAY CHEER" and it is in the fer-mentor as we speak. I have a small set up for now and hope to expand as the years to pass with better equipment and with more brews under my belt. For those who like small home town brewery and i am sure all us do check out. http://www.motherearthbrewing.com/ they have only been open a few years and are doing quite well. if any body had any good advice i am all ears.
