  • Well...i started making wines (tea wines) back in 2005, and went on to making fruit wines later in 2006.
    2007 saw the start of me going into making beers and ales, the first one was a Ginger beer, i used one of those kits, added the ginger on the first fermentation. Needless to say, with m8s around, it didnt last long.
    Ive done a dark clove flavoured ale, thats more like a xmas ale now...spicy.
