Thanks for the response. The yeast nutrient is a small bag of coarse white granules sold in
bulk, so unfortunately I don't know offhand exactly what it is. It seems I missed some juice in

hmm... just calculated that I will have to use over 17 ounces of dextrose to get a gallon of

To me the aroma resembles that of the rubber stoppers. Not quite the same, but I'm definitely
not getting sulfur out of it. Like I said though, it's not just the aroma. It tastes bad too.
