be warmed up as it finishes, then just condition it in the primary for a couple weeks, then

The temp was 59 degrees so I don't think that was the problem. Any suggestions on methods for

It's hard to get accurate gravity readings with partial boils, often you will not get the wort
mixed to a uniform density. That could be your problem.That's really interesting! I have been
