    I'd leave it on unless the wort starts to get too warm. Or just put it on during the
    nights.Luckily, the forecast I saw doesn't keep this cold around for too many more days.

    I'm a big fan of using cold brewed coffee and adding to the secondary, after some of the
    alcohol has developed and could find off anything in the coffee.I do make sure to sanitize the
    cold coffee brew...
