  • My grandfather made his own wines for years and I regret I didn't have the chance to learn more from him. I have only successfully made hard ciders and one spectacularly bad batch of plum wine. My setup to now has been exceedingly basic and very small but I am preparing to step up to 5 gallon batches. I would love to learn to clone Lazy Magnolia's Southern Pecan but I'll have to learn to walk before I can run.
  • Pecan ale and Skeeter Pee. I am open to suggestions. Probably an irish red and I like IPAs and other ales and lagers.
  • Hard ciders, using Nottingham ale, Safale US-05 and Lalvin E-1118 yeasts.
