  Brewed up biermunchers munich helles. Hit 5.5 gallons at a 1.044 gravity. Excited for this one!

  I am the same way. Once im done with one brew im already thinking about the next. If I need keg
  space I invite friends over and they are good about finishing up any of my kegs for me.

  Just brewed biermunchers wit without pepper and used t-58 yeast. Smelled amazing going into the
  fermenter.

  Went ahead and used 1/2lb of rice hulls today. Was a good brew day, took me longer than usual
  but I was really taking my time. Wife has bronchitis(ain't nobody got time for that) so I had

  Flavors are close to the real thing. I get this lemon flavor in mine that i'm not really sure
  where it came from, hoping it fades. I did taste that same flavor in the real Stone but much
  less. I think...
