  I pitch yeast, cover end of prim fermentor and shake a few times. Yeast just takes right
  off.That's exactly how I do it when I don't get enough aeration when I pour it from the
  (chilled) wort tun.

  You need ventilation. Just remove the closet door. Put the screws back in the threshold so that
  you don't lose them.

  Then the next morning I woke up to check on it and found the CO2 tank EMPTY!!! Any
