  • My family is German and have made Beer & Wine for decades, way before I was born. I always saw it being made, never gave it much thought as a kid. Drank it a little as I got older...now that I am almost 30yrs old. I figure its time to step up and show the old man how its done. ha
  • Name it, I want to experiment. Probably do 3 kits tops then go to partial or all grain.

    I would add that little extra hops, remember you don't dry hop the Dead Guy Ale.My DGA turned

    Just as an FYI I wouldn't use the galvanized nipple for your bulkhead. It will start to rust
    very quickly with the acidity of the wort. I'd recommend brass or S/S if you have the cash.
