    Ok that must be for the PID part of the controller I was not useing that just On/Off. So to
    increse the Ramp I guss i need to get a bigger RIMS Tube like a 2500 or maybe go to 220v.

    Ok I did a Mush run with my FrankinRIMS and was looking over my notes and the Temp / times look
    a bit off. I had my Omega Controller set for a step mash On/Off. Havent figured out the PID
    settings yet...

    It's still fermenting witch will keep it mixed up give it more time to settle out. . . at least
    a week or more if you can keep the temps good. the last wit i did took about three weeks to
    settle down ...
