EC-1118 is fine if you're using cheaper honey and want it dry. Don't get me wrong, it's great
because it'll ferment anything and be quick about it, but any subtle flavors from the honey get
blown out ...

syrup? The soda at soda fountains comes in concentrated form, so you wouldn't have to boil it
